About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Retail Store Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to maximize sales opportunities and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to sales team members to ensure they are equipped to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
  • Manage stock levels, minimize stock loss, and maintain a high level of store presentation
  • Act as Store Manager in their absence, including opening and closing the store, and ensuring a safe working environment for customers and team members
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail environment, preferably in a denim sales environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a unique and personalized experience for each customer
  • Knowledge of loss prevention and health and safety procedures
  • Visual merchandising experience and knowledge of brand visual identity
