Aged Care Support Assistant

**Opportunity Overview**
A part-time position is available for an individual with a passion for assisting residents in maintaining their quality of life. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on residents' lives by providing respectful and safe assistance with daily activities.
This role requires flexibility and the ability to work varied shifts across all days of the week. You will be working closely with a dynamic team to provide high-quality care and services to our residents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to inspire trust and interact effectively with residents, families, and other professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing respectful and safe assistance with daily activities
- Administering medication
- Engaging with residents at mealtimes in line with our Excellence in Dining strategy
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- A certificate III in Aged Care (or higher/equivalent)
- Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance
- Flexible availability and willingness to work varied shifts
