About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused driver to join our team in transporting electrical construction plant and equipment between operating bases and project sites.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating HCV Class vehicles, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to various locations.

When not engaged in transport duties, you may be required to assist with yard work and operational support within the workshop.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the road and values safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate HCV Class vehicles, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Transport electrical construction plant and equipment between operating bases and project sites
  • Assist with yard work and operational support within the workshop

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current HCV Class Driver's License
  • An excellent attitude towards safe work practices
  • Mechanical competence
  • A White Construction Card
  • The ability to hold or obtain a National Police Clearance
  • Previous experience driving long-haul preferred but not essential
  • A flexible attitude to work with all our crew
