About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, focusing on creating positive relationships with them and their families.

Your role will involve assisting clients with domestic, social, medication, and personal care, as well as supporting them through challenging times. You will work flexibly, providing care and support in both aged care and disability settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as domestic and personal care
  • Support clients with medication management and social activities
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and their families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in a Care-related field or working towards one (we can help you get trained)
  • A current First Aid certificate, Working with Children's Check, and NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
  • A driver's licence with an insured vehicle
  • A genuine commitment to enriching the lives of others
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on 20-25 hours of work per week. However, please note that this is an estimate and actual salaries may vary depending on individual circumstances.
