Job Overview:

The ICT Project Manager role is critical to the success of our technology projects, driving operational efficiency and preparing for a future warehouse management system migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for ICT initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor risks, issues, and change requests; escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Lead the configuration and deployment of mobile scanning workflows integrated with Translogix Sapphire
  • Architect and develop the Poscat portal using PHP, MySQL, and RESTful APIs
  • Develop strategic plans for data migration, template creation, and cut-over strategies for the new Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT project management, preferably within logistics or warehouse systems
  • Familiarity with FoxPro applications and ideally WMS systems, as well as barcode/mobile scanning technology
  • Proven track record of successful data migrations, system integrations, and UAT best practices
