**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Grocery Operations Manager to lead our customer-centric team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, driving sales, productivity, quality, and availability to exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve store goals
  • Develop and coach Department Managers to achieve their objectives
  • Deliver outstanding store standards and customer experience
  • Ensure full accountability of sales results, stock, and profit
  • Manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyse and understand market trends and new product offers
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experienced in managing a fast-paced grocery environment
  • Motivational leader, coach, and mentor
  • Possess strong business acumen, kpi driven, and results focused
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
