We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Liability Underwriter. As a key member of our General Liability team, you will be responsible for growing and developing a diversified liability portfolio.

You will work closely with the Head of Liability and Regional Manager to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with brokers to build a GL pipeline
  • Preparing and communicating quotations to clients
  • Negotiating rates and terms with brokers
  • Ppresenting DUAL's Liability product to clients
  • Preparing and communicating bindings and policy conditions
  • Following up on quotation and renewal offers
  • Updating reporting systems

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and organizational skills, as well as at least three years of experience in liability underwriting. You should have a solid understanding of client industries, businesses, and risks.

A successful candidate will be able to make sound decisions, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.

The ideal candidate will also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
