About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Care in Coomera, QLD.

As a Community Support Worker, you will provide support and care to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently with dignity.

Your duties may include:

  • Accompanying clients on outings and errands
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene
  • Preparing meals and shopping
  • Performing household tasks
  • Providing social interaction and companionship
  • Transporting clients to appointments

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate 3 in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • Previous experience in aged care or disability
  • A COVID-19 Vaccination
  • A Current Police Check
  • A Current First Aid Certificate including CPR
  • A reliable vehicle and relevant insurances
