Senior Safety and Environmental Management Professionals

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as senior managers in the Regulatory Operations and Strategic Regulation & Improvement Divisions.

The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in offshore safety and environmental management, with a proven track record of leading functional teams to ensure safety and health, well integrity, structural integrity, and environmental matters meet legislative requirements.

Key responsibilities of these roles include:

  • Leading and managing ongoing regulatory operations in a functional team and/or providing authoritative and strategic advice on environmental science, environmental and safety risk management, management systems, operations, safety, well integrity, and well operations.
  • Working closely with the Executive Director and/or Deputy CEO to plan, secure, retain, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Continuously improving effectiveness and efficiency by collaborating across divisions to support initiatives.
  • Maintaining oversight of the use of regulatory powers.

A pool of suitable candidates will be established from this selection exercise and may be used to fill current and future vacancies.

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team's activities align with our organization's goals and objectives. You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to junior staff members, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
