We're seeking an exceptional Business Growth Manager to join our Microsoft Partner Solutions team at NCS Australia. This is a key role that will drive new business and manage key accounts, fostering relationships with a portfolio of leading Microsoft partners.

This strategic position demands a deep understanding of industry needs and challenges. You'll develop and execute growth-oriented account plans that are mutually beneficial, leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities and craft winning sales strategies. Beyond sales, you'll contribute to crafting marketing initiatives, managing external communications, and overseeing channel management efforts.

The purpose of this role is to drive sustainable sales growth across existing and new business, with responsibilities including:

  • Identify and qualify the pipeline of existing customers and prospects at sufficient volume to maintain the required conversion rate and achieve revenue targets each year.
  • Utilize existing relationships in market with customers and Microsoft to generate net new prospects.
  • Ensure sales pipeline data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Contribute to company strategy to reach sales targets.
  • Support other Account Managers and Business Development Managers in identifying, progressing, and closing Microsoft-related opportunities.
  • Manage and complete the production of sales proposals and tenders.
  • Work with subject matter experts to create solutions.
  • Manage and agree on commercials and final versions of proposals with DS&M.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to grow a pipeline of potential clients.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A proven track record as a sales executive with a focus on pipeline and business development.
  • Experience building sustainable channel partnerships.
  • Experience selling Microsoft professional services.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with Microsoft Account Managers and solution specialists.
  • A highly proficient understanding of business sales process, marketing process, and communication strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability defining and driving targeted marketing campaigns.
  • A strong network of industry connections.
  • A self-motivated, committed, and passionate individual who can take responsibility and win.
  • A confident negotiator able to work at a fast pace.
