Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Export Coordinator to join our team. As an Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating export shipments using internal & external systems to work with both our customers and the entire company network of global offices.

Responsibilities include communicating effectively with company clients, ensuring all client KPI's are achieved, and verifying cargoes suitability for international transport. Additionally, you will facilitate online airfreight /seafreight bookings of various types of cargo, ensure competitive purchasing from all vendors globally, and timely and accurately complete export clearances and preparing export documentation.

You will also assist in the billing process to ensure accurate coding of supplier's invoices and timely handover of files to company accounts team. Organizing collection of freight and onward delivery to export location at interstate depot, airport or port is another key responsibility. Participation in general office and warehouse tasks as required is expected.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong problem-solving skills, confident conflict resolution, advanced negotiation and relationship skills, high level customer service skills, positive and professional attitude, proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, high attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, and current drivers' license.
