About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Optical Sales Consultant.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling optical products and services to customers, providing expert advice and guidance on frame selection and eye care solutions
  • Working closely with our optometrists and other colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations
  • Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues and managers
