LCV Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced LCV Technician to join our team in Newcastle, UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and ensuring that all service and repair documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and Repair Documentation: Complete service and repair documentation and records in accordance with company requirements and standards.
  • Workshop Equipment Maintenance: Overhaul hydraulic and pneumatic systems and other workshop equipment.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, both electronically and paper based.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Qualifications: Appropriate technical qualifications are essential for this role.
  • Time Served Tech or NVQ C&G Level 3: A minimum of Time Served Tech or NVQ C&G Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repairs is required.
  • MOT Preparation Experience: Previous experience in MOT preparation is highly desirable.
