Swimming Instructor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Swimming Instructor to join our team. As a Swimming Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching children the skills of swimming and water safety.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and have a passion for swimming. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of your students.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be energetic and dynamic, and have a flair for working with children. They will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and be committed to providing outstanding customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons for children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to achieve team goals
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working With Children Check and National Police Check
  • Swim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded
