Business Solutions Consultant

This role involves leading the implementation of Dynamics Business Central from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

About the Role:
  • Provide expertise and guidance to the implementation team in conducting discovery workshops, engaging with clients to understand their supply chain processes, pain points, and tailoring solutions.
  • Facilitate scoping workshops to accurately capture customer needs and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Client Engagement and Discovery: Conduct discovery workshops, understand supply chain processes, identify pain points, and build rapport.
  • Solution Design and Scoping: Lead scoping workshops, document requirements, create functional specifications, and design documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations, customizations, and configurations. They will also possess a deep knowledge of supply chain modules, procurement, manufacturing, order management, warehouse management, etc.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics Business Central implementations.
