We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Panthers Penrith. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using grills and fryers.
- Assist in the preparation of mise-en-place and daily kitchen preparations.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-presented at all times.
- Conduct stock checks and manage food deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas.
- 2-3 years' experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
- Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery.
- Valid drivers license.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
- A supportive team environment.
