This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience, influencing the local active community through events and campaigns, and presenting an exceptional store through effective merchandising.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs, think business with strong operational expertise, and take initiative to resolve problems and exercise sound judgement.
