Practice Nurse Manager

The ForHealth Group (Dayforce) is seeking a skilled Practice Nurse Manager to provide exceptional leadership and operational management to our Epping practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Practice Manager to maintain the highest standard of patient care, ensuring the efficient management of the Treatment Room. In this role, you will have the opportunity to train and mentor clinical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and management to a team of Nurses, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Ensure patient care is provided efficiently and effectively by managing varied clinical procedures as necessary.
- Coach, train, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain the Treatment Room and ensure it is being run efficiently with appropriate staff numbers, following best practice procedures.
- Collaborate with the GP to conduct health assessments, GP management plans, and reviews, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical setting.
- Registered Nurses with prior experience in General Practice or an Acute setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
