About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Architect to join our team at IBM Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients transform their businesses and solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.
  • Manage your own work packages and lead technical teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts in Maximo and apply DevOps practices in Maximo development.
  • Use requirements management and storyboard tools to manage execution and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile methods and techniques.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in asset management development, with a deep knowledge of the Maximo portfolio.
  • Analyze and undertake risk assessment and mitigation treatments of complex changes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Deep technical experience with IBM Maximo V7.6 (mandatory) and MAS 8 (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in automation script development in Maximo.
  • Applied DevOps practices in Maximo development.
  • Strong configuration skills, including Java, Automation Scripts, SQL, Reporting, and Maximo configuration.
  • Strong skills in analysis, design, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to produce and/or contribute to high-quality documentation.
  • Consistently working as part of a project team focused on client success.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the latest IBM Maximo Mobile product for EAM or MAS.
  • Specific industry domain expertise such as Oil & Gas, Transportation, Energy & Utilities.
