Join Our Team as a Natural Environmental Officer

At EBR, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Natural Environmental Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our ecology team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality environmental services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in biodiversity assessments, environmental design, and offset strategies. You will be responsible for undertaking desktop and field-based terrestrial biodiversity assessments, providing advice on environmental designs, and preparing biodiversity offset strategies.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and collaboration skills, who can work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams. You will also be responsible for developing the skills of less senior staff and preparing reports to exceptional technical and editorial standards.

The ideal candidate will have a BAM accredited assessor qualification, experience in NSW undertaking biodiversity assessments, and expertise in the identification of NSW vegetation communities. You will also have a desire to grow, lead, and develop people, as well as an appreciation of commercial risk management in the consulting industry.
