As an experienced Speech Pathologist based in the Dandenong area, you will be part of a highly collaborative team that supports every clinician to thrive in their role.

We are seeking an exceptional Speech Pathologist who is committed to delivering evidence-based therapeutic supports to our clients. With a caseload of diverse clients, you will have the opportunity to interpret findings, formulate treatment goals, and recommend provision of Assistive Technology to promote independence.

This full-time or part-time position offers a generous salary package of $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, above award wages, plus financial rewards for outstanding work. You will also enjoy annual Health and Wellbeing subsidy of $600, access to salary packaging options, and an iPhone and laptop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload and provide timely evidence-based therapeutic supports to clients
  • Deliver speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Assess clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations

  • Strive for continuous improvement of practices and outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with stakeholders
  • Current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
