Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the single point of contact for Azure services, billing, and support.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business and technical needs.
  • Upsell support options and articulate the value of our offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure and its various components. They will be able to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.

Technical Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services and features.
  • Ability to estimate Azure consumption costs and provision tenancies/plans.
  • Experience with Azure migration, health checks, and optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and develop strategies to implement them.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, Microsoft, and internal teams. They will be proactive and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working with Azure.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
