  • Managing asset movement to maximize profit opportunities while maintaining commercial viability.", "
  • Making informed decisions on asset divestment and fleet retention by region.", "
  • Driving asset divestment to ensure maximized profitability of underutilized rental assets remain commercially viable.", "
  • Administering the database of key asset documentation, including technical documents, certifications, and service history, maintained in one centralized location.", "
  • Overseeing the process of asset in-fleeting and disposal.", "
  • Supporting the viability of repairs nationally from a cost versus replacement perspective.", "
  • Assisting in creating, monitoring, and holding responsibility for the National fleet and asset register, ensuring its accuracy.", "
