Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Junior Ice Creamery Staff member to join our organization. Located along the Yarra river, we have been part of this area since 1997.

The front-of-house staff is the face of our business. As a casual junior ice creamery staff, you will be working in the ice cream section for us. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving customers with a smile and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Cleaning up the area at the end of each day.
  • Running food and drinks to tables as needed.
  • Managing transactions through card or cash payments.
  • Promoting offers and specials to patrons.
