In this critical role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production units, working closely with stakeholders to optimize raw materials supply and production needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure raw materials supply meets demand forecast
  • Support commodities procurement and operations personnel with production forecasting, yield, and inventory management
  • Identify and resolve issues with plant logistics capabilities impacting production schedules
  • Contribute to a raw materials inventory management, materials tracking, and production forecast systems upgrade project
  • Investigate ways to optimize processes, including reduction in working capital through data analysis and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated depth and knowledge of managing inventory at high volume and high value in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills and expert understanding of using various forms of data, including experience with relevant query and reporting tools
  • Strong sense of accountability and commitment to getting the best outcome for our business
  • Proactive approach to decision making, balancing details with the big picture
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., supply chain, business, engineering, information systems)
