Dynamic Produce Team Member

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
This role encompasses various assignments, including produce retail assistance, sales support, forklift operations, pick and pack orders, and produce environment maintenance.
Responsibilities:- Produce Retail Assistant: Store setup, merchandising, fruit displays, packing, and wrapping of products.
- Sales Support: Assist in anticipating the needs of the sales team, helping to position and look after fresh produce.
- Forklift Operations: Safe and efficient forklift driving, loading and unloading trucks, operating in a warehouse environment, delivering loads to customers in a busy market.
- Pick and Pack: Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements, matching inventory with customer quality preferences.
- Produce Environment Maintenance: Maintain product integrity, ensuring work areas are clean and fit to store fresh produce.
- Lifting, carrying, and storing produce.
- A good eye for detail.
- The ability to learn about fresh produce, seasons, and products.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
