About the Job:

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Trainee Educator, you'll play a vital role in giving children the best possible start to their school journey.

You'll work closely with our Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators to forge your career while studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
  • Participate in a professional and positive work culture

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

You must have:

  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)(or be willing to receive)
