Tender Team Leader

Digital Power Application Centre

Sydney, NSW (Hybrid Work Environment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of business solutions offers, supporting the Sales team and customers throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with supply chain/factories for pricing purposes.
  • Prepare tender documentation, including cost summary sheets, technical compliance, risk assessments, and approval documentation.
  • Submit completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines.
  • Animate multi-BU tender preparation and consolidate technical and financial data.
  • Optimize future execution setup and participate in external partners' detection and qualification.
  • Deploy transformation initiatives with a lean and agile management mindset.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering).
  • High comprehension and writing of tender documents, including specifications, contractual terms, standards, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • At least three years of experience in a Senior Tendering role.
  • Knowledge of Automation Control Systems and Protections Relays solutions for Electrical Systems.
  • Knowledge in SCADA Systems for C&SP, Renewable, Buildings, and Distribution Control Centre Systems.
  • Some knowledge of Schneider products (MICOM / SEPAM / Easergy / EPAS / EPO / PME products and solutions).
