We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Driveshaft Technician. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for building and reconditioning driveshafts for various applications, as well as performing general workshop duties.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working with manual lathes and welding equipment.
- Build and recondition driveshafts for automotive, commercial, off-highway, and industrial applications.
- Maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Assemble, weld, and balance driveshafts.
- Perform general workshop duties as required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is essential.
- Prior experience working in a workshop environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with job tasks.
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
