Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to every customer who walks through our doors. You will work closely with our customers, listening to their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.

You will also be responsible for managing stock, ensuring a clean and tidy work environment, and serving customers at our checkout registers. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive shopping experience for all customers.

This is a part-time role requiring flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts, as well as on weekends. You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Key requirements include a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, ability to approach and connect with customers in a friendly and respectful manner, eagerness to learn about products and services, and strong communication skills.
