**Job Role:**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our care team in the Pakenham area.

This role is about making a positive impact on someone's life with every interaction and on every shift.

As a domestic assistant, you will be responsible for providing daily living support, assisting customers with meal preparation and shopping, and offering social support and access to leisure activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, including getting customers ready, showered and dressed for the day
  • Assisting with medication management and therapy goals
  • Supporting mobility and respite needs

**What Do We Look For In A Domestic Assistant?**

We value individuals who are passionate about supporting our elderly community so they can live independently at home for longer. You should have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, and be available to work at least three days a week, Monday to Friday.

We also expect you to be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.
