APRA AMCOS is a key business partner to Australasian music creators, our members are songwriters, composers and music publishers. We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record their music, and distribute royalties.

We are looking for a Licensing Representative to join our OneMusic Australia team in a permanent fulltime role. This role offers the opportunity to learn more about music licensing in a supportive environment.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying & sourcing potential licensing opportunities within designated market/industry areas.
  • Researching client information to ensure accurate figures are being supplied in relation to music usage and obtaining contact/location details.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • A cheerful, can-do outlook.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Prior sales or retail experience with external clients.
  • Good phone manner and willingness to make 20+ telephone calls each day.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Internet research skills.
  • An ability to work independently and manage your time and workload.
  • A good eye for detail.
