Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance services to customers
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and carers
- Collaborate with community agencies and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Ensure customer safety and well-being at all times
- Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification
- Experience working with seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Current Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions
- Reliable and roadworthy motor vehicle to travel to customers homes and assist them to access the community
- Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance and registration
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply for one prior to commencing employment)
- Current First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency (or willingness to apply)
- Attractive salary packaging options (up to $15,900 per year tax-free) and an additional $2,650 for Meals and Entertainment
- Hourly rate of $31.04
- Part-time permanent position
