We're seeking an experienced Senior Construction Contracts Professional to join our team in Mackay. This is a full-time position offering a competitive remuneration package and long-term career development opportunities.
The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Drive company safety policies, practices, and procedures to ensure a safe workplace at all times.
- Tender subcontract packages, including compiling and approving tender documents and proposed tender lists, issuing documents, receiving tenders, comparing tenders, and submitting recommendations for approval.
- Prepare contract documents for each trade package/subcontract.
- In association with the Project Manager, administer subcontract packages, including progress claims, variation claims, and other project-related financial matters.
- Participate in submitting monthly consolidated reporting on cash flow forecasting, variation status, contractual matters, and cost analysis.
- Establish an effective site or office-based system for administering projects according to company procedures and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or relevant experience.
