We're seeking an experienced Senior Construction Contracts Professional to join our team in Mackay. This is a full-time position offering a competitive remuneration package and long-term career development opportunities.

The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company safety policies, practices, and procedures to ensure a safe workplace at all times.
  • Tender subcontract packages, including compiling and approving tender documents and proposed tender lists, issuing documents, receiving tenders, comparing tenders, and submitting recommendations for approval.
  • Prepare contract documents for each trade package/subcontract.
  • In association with the Project Manager, administer subcontract packages, including progress claims, variation claims, and other project-related financial matters.
  • Participate in submitting monthly consolidated reporting on cash flow forecasting, variation status, contractual matters, and cost analysis.
  • Establish an effective site or office-based system for administering projects according to company procedures and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the building construction industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to cope with shifting work priorities to deliver results.
