We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ICT Solutions Architect to join our Digital Solutions team at TasPorts. As a key lead technical resource, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance in the subject of application architecture, management, and systems data integration.
Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight on the end-to-end delivery of TasPorts software solutions, including Finance, Human Resources, Port Management, Asset Management, Marine, and other business software solutions.
- Lead and coordinate a small team of application specialists supporting TasPorts major business applications.
- Enable enterprise architecture-aligned solution design and selection, ensuring that chosen application and architectural solutions are contemporary, scalable, and meet cyber security requirements.
- Work with project managers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams on project implementation.
- Help maintain TasPorts Enterprise Architecture (EA) collateral and ensure solutions are aligned with the organisation EA, data architecture, and other supporting architectures.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, applications, and systems to support business operations.
- Tertiary qualification in information technology or other relevant qualifications; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Ability to acquire a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
- Experience with DevOps technologies.
- Knowledge and understanding of the ITIL and COBIT 5 frameworks.
- Project Management Qualification or Experience.
