Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Techno-Functional Analyst to work on Oracle Cloud CX and contribute to the development of new products and services.

About the Role:

  • Provide leadership and expertise in developing new products and services, frequently operating at the forefront of technology.
  • Create automated technology to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as a technical support expert in complex systems implementation environments.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of demonstrated ability with CX solutions and 3+ years with Oracle Cloud CX implementations/support.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional/technical experience with an understanding of Applications at a functional and technical level (preferably Oracle).
