About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our client's growing community OT service provider. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to support a range of clients across the full life span, with complexity levels determined based on your experience.

The role is exclusively community-based, with a central office in the south-east for team days. Our client is a market leader in home modifications and assistive technology, offering a range of other OT services with an enviable level of experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with varied caseloads, utilizing your expertise in occupational therapy to make a meaningful impact.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the service, sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Full AHPRA registration as an OT, and current working with children and police check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Considerable experience as an OT supporting varied caseloads.
  • A reliable car and unrestricted driver's licence (generous car use allowance will be provided).
