This role involves working as a key member of our Contract Manufacturing Division, where you'll play a crucial part in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functioning of mechanical equipment, networks, and systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining safety requirements on-site
- Diagnosing faults and repairing mechanical equipment
- Installing, testing, and adjusting various mechanical parts
- Training and coaching staff members to ensure high standards
For this position, we require an individual with extensive experience (at least five years) in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Food, Beverage, Chemical, Packaging or other FMCG industry. You should have a strong background in CMMS, SAP, permits, isolations, and change management systems, along with hands-on technical ability in factory automation solutions.
The ideal candidate will be trade qualified in Mechanical Fitting and possess relevant training courses, such as GMP, Quality, OH&S, 5S, Lean Manufacturing. A Certificate in Industrial Hydraulics would be highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary estimated at around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This position offers the opportunity to grow your career in a forward-thinking organization dedicated to sustainable practices and innovation.
