Job Title: Allied Health Clinical Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the position of Allied Health Clinical Educator. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape for students and early-career clinicians.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through evidence-based education and support, while also collaborating with health and academic partners to drive meaningful change in clinical education. Key responsibilities include leading the planning and provision of clinical educational support to Allied Health Teams across multiple locations.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate Allied Health Professional to lead the development of innovative education programs that promote professional growth and high levels of clinical standards. You will work closely with an experienced Education team and enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave plus regular Health & Wellbeing events.

To be considered for this role, you should hold an allied health professional qualification, be registered with AHPRA, and have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or completion of a graduate certificate in education or health professional education is highly desirable.

You will be required to oversee the evaluation of education programs, advise on student placements, manage underperforming students, and ensure compliance with government requirements and data/funding reporting.
