We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Elmo. As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the 360 GO Program
Our 360 GO program is a 12-month graduate program designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as an Occupational Therapist. The program includes:
- Simulated Practice: You will participate in simulated practice sessions to develop your therapeutic skills and build your confidence.
- Experiential Discovery: You will work with experienced therapists to develop your skills in real-life situations.
- Theoretical Learning: You will participate in immersive and interactive workshops to develop your clinical expertise.
- Individualised Development: You will work with a Clinical Supervisor to develop a custom program tailored to your needs and goals.
