Susquehanna, a global quantitative trading firm, has an opening for a Coordinator role in university recruiting. This position will enable you to leverage your strong communication skills and support the growth and success of the firm.

  • This opportunity will allow you to work directly with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, and have the chance to learn the university recruiting process.
  • As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of an energetic and motivated team that coordinates and prioritizes multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You will manage last-minute changes to schedules with professionalism and composure, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

This role requires:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of professional or intern experience as an administrative assistant, or experience in an event planning, coordination, or similar role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills are essential.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills are required.
