The Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Support Team as Customer Experience Associates. In this role, you will support new and existing customers by addressing inquiries and playing a critical role in their journey with us. You will work in a collaborative team environment, delivering exceptional service with a strong emphasis on building customer loyalty.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails from business-to-business customers effectively;
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with a solution-focused approach;
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of client data;
- Identify recurring issues or trends affecting customers and escalate them appropriately.

Your Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $67,500 - $70,000 + superannuation. Additional benefits include:
