About the Role
This is a part-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and interventions.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and monitor bespoke care plans.
- Monitoring and documenting resident health status and progress, and making referrals as needed.
- Educating families about health conditions and medications.
- Providing guidance and support to our team of dedicated care workers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration as a registered nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- A National Police Check or ability to obtain.
