Job Title: Classroom Education Professional

Position Overview

This is a fixed-term, full-time position for an experienced Classroom Teacher at the high school level.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • classroom teaching up to 0.9 FTE with a focus on student engagement and academic growth
  • instructional leadership with additional minimum 0.1 FTE release time to support curriculum development and staff mentoring
  • delivering professional learning opportunities to enhance teacher skills and knowledge
  • providing constructive feedback to colleagues and students alike

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • a qualified teacher registration or equivalent certification
  • experience as a Level 3 Classroom Teacher with a proven track record of success
  • strong instructional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • ability to mentor and support colleagues in their professional growth and development
  • commitment to delivering high-quality education that meets the needs of all students
