Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in leading shifts and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for thoroughly completing job duties and following all brand standards & food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts by ensuring team members provide outstanding customer service and adhere to company policies.
  • Assist in training newly hired team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Deliver friendly customer service interactions and effectively resolve customer complaints.
Requirements
  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience is essential.
  • Shift supervisor or leadership experience is preferred.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
