Community Care Nurse

About the Role:
  • Deliver person-centred care to clients in their own homes, promoting a safe and supportive environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Full registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also essential.
