This role is responsible for leading the branches within the identified region, working closely with the business' leadership team to drive successful implementation and delivery of financial quota objectives, initiatives, operations, projects, and programs across the branch network.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies and quotas as agreed upon by the leadership team.
  • Manage business operations within agreed expense quotas and approval authority levels.
  • Cultivate a high-performing branch and sales team through coaching, development, and succession planning.
  • Design and coordinate branch sales and operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Directly lead and manage the external sales team allocated to their region.
  • Maintain market awareness, identify opportunities and threats, and respond accordingly.
  • Contribute to professional business case development and recommendation.
  • Recommend product range enhancements to meet targeted customer demands.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A proven record of profitable sales growth achievement in a prior sales management position.
  • An epitome of teamwork, willingness to get hands-on, and a keen understanding of customer-facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to impart knowledge and help others succeed.
  • The ability to solve problems, balance stakeholder priorities, and influence great solutions.
  • A formal Business, Sales, or Marketing qualification (preferable) and competent MS Office skills.
