Job Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the Terminal Operations of a leading fertiliser company, ensuring efficient storage and dispatch capacity to deliver superior customer value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring operational efficiency
  • Developing internal and external teams
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives

This role requires a strategic thinker who can align operations with the organisational vision, manage risk and quality within a strong EH&S culture, and lead innovation and operational excellence across the port warehousing network.
