Country Road - Part Time Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

The role involves working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain store presentation.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions efficiently, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and promotions to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by suggesting solutions to customers and promoting products effectively.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, maintain store presentation, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail to process transactions accurately.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs.
