As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their goals using our cutting-edge software platform.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate is a capable communicator with technical aptitude and a customer-focused mindset. They will be responsible for providing responsive support and proactive training to users, guiding best practice use of the platform, and maintaining deep knowledge of the product to act as a subject matter expert.

The successful candidate will also develop user-friendly resources and training materials, analyse user data to identify trends and adoption opportunities, and test new features and deliver structured feedback to the product team.

They will work closely with local leadership, impact user experience directly, and contribute to an evolving product that supports democracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer success, support, or client training
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Technically proficient, with familiarity in tools like Google Workspace
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and responsive
